How does HardwareHub work?
HardwareHub connects contractors and customers with trusted hardware stores. Simply request a quotation, and we’ll handle pricing, coordination, and delivery through our partner network.
How long does it take to get a quotation?
We aim to send the final quotation within the same day of your request, including delivery fees.
Who handles delivery?
Deliveries are fulfilled through our partner logistics providers such as Lalamove. We'll coordinate everything for you.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, shipping costs are shouldered by the customer. However, free delivery may apply for orders that meet a minimum amount.
Can I return or get a refund for items?
We work only with reputable hardware suppliers, but if there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Is my information safe with HardwareHub?
Yes, we follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and only use your information to process and fulfill your orders.
